Return and Refund Policy for Stargaze Clay Studio
 
1. Refunds
  • Our store does not offer refunds at this time. All orders are final, with the exception of orders that have been damaged in transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, we at Stargaze Clay Studio will be more than happy to exchange your damaged order with a new one of equal or lesser value. The original damaged item(s) must be shipped back to us for the exchange. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information if you are having an issue. We will work with you to make things right.
2. Returns
  • If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
3. Cancellations
  • Once payment for an order has been processed, you have 24 hours to request a cancellation of your order. After the 24 hour period expires, the sale is considered final. For all cancellation requests, please contact us directly at [email protected].
4. Order responsibility
  • Once an order is marked as in-transit, Stargaze Clay Studio is no longer responsible for the handling of your order. In the instance of lost or stolen packages, you must contact USPS directly. Stargaze Clay Studio doe not have any obligation to offer refunds, store credit, or replacements for any orders that have been lost or stolen.
